Science First.
Founded in Geneva in 2022 by former CERN professionals, Quantise is built on the principle that financial markets are complex systems best navigated through rigorous quantitative research and engineering discipline.
Our Culture.
Our founders come from experimental physics, applied mathematics, and computer science, where every result carries explicit uncertainty and every assumption is documented. We apply that same discipline to portfolio risk: systematic uncertainty quantification, versioned methodology, and a clear distinction between what the data supports and what it does not. Where quantitative evidence and market reasoning conflict, we surface the tension rather than resolve it prematurely.
Independence
No affiliated products, no fund distribution, no commission arrangements. Our revenue comes entirely from advisory fees. Ownership structure and fee terms are disclosed to every client at the outset.
Rigour
All models are delivered with documented assumptions, defined scope, and stated limitations. Methodologies are version-controlled and peer-reviewed before delivery. Clients receive sufficient documentation to independently verify any result.
Transparency
Every metric we report is accompanied by its methodology and underlying assumptions. Clients receive the same data inputs we use and have full standing to challenge any conclusion.
Meritocracy
Ideas are evaluated on evidence, not seniority. The best argument wins, regardless of who presents it. This applies internally and in every client engagement.
Geneva
Headquarters.
Headquartered in Geneva at the crossroads of international finance and scientific research, Quantise operates where precision meets tradition.
Our team operates worldwide, serving clients across multiple continents. With backgrounds in physics, applied mathematics, computer science, and institutional asset management, we bring a multidisciplinary perspective to every engagement.
Leadership Team
Former Head of Quant IT at CERN Pension Fund. Built the quantitative asset allocation system and algorithmic investment strategies from the ground up.
Marcin served as Head of Quant IT at a CHF 4bn+ institutional CERN Pension Fund for nearly a decade, where he built the quantitative asset allocation system and implemented algorithmic investment strategies for the Fund's multi-asset portfolio.
Earlier in his career, contributed to the TOTEM Experiment at CERN, processing data from the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).
He holds a degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology, an MBA from the University of Geneva, and the Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF).
Computer Science graduate from AGH University. Former developer at CERN Pension Fund, building AI modules for quantitative strategies.
Jakub holds a degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. He joined the CERN Pension Fund in 2020, where he developed AI modules for quantitative strategies, improved the Fund's IT infrastructure, and conducted research in quantitative finance.
Previously, Jakub worked at the Corporate Technology Center of Swiss ABB in Cracow.
